• Develop and implement the companys overall strategy to concretize the companys vision mission and development orientation;
  
• Direct the development and control and supervise the implementation of strategies policies and operational procedures of the Company to optimize operations and ensure the sustainable development of the Company;
  
• Monitor and evaluate the results of all business activities and propose solutions for the Company to achieve its set goals;
  
• Operate the Companys Departments/Divisions to set goals and targets for each department to ensure the completion of the Companys overall goals of revenue growth profit debt quality human resource management and other activities;
  
• Establish and maintain internal and external relationships related to the Companys business operations to create all favorable conditions for business operations;
  
• Develop and implement a risk management plan budget and financial management of the Company ensuring compliance with legal regulations and industry standards in the companys activities;
  
• Develop the team of employees leaders and inspire the team encouraging creativity and promoting employees to improve performance.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or above in Finance Business Administration Economics Technology or related fields;
  
• 3y experience in a senior management position in a Business/Operation/Risk Management unit within the Retail Banking Consumer Finance Company FinTech or equivalent industries;
  
• Deep understanding and practical experience in business operations and management;
  
• Indepth knowledge of credit risk management financial industry processes and regulations;
  
• Possessing systems thinking and problemsolving skills good communication skills and decisiveness in work;
  
• Proactive flexible and able to work under high pressure.
