What you will be doing:
- Handle daytoday tasks related to medical malpractice and personal injury litigation.
- Draft legal motions.
- Represent clients in court.
- Conduct trials and depositions.
- Provide legal counsel and advice.
Experience you will need:
- Strong knowledge of law legal procedures and regulations.
- Experience in drafting legal motions and conducting legal research.
- Ability to represent clients in various courts and handle trials.
- Experience in conducting depositions and interviewing witnesses.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex legal issues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- License to practice law in Maryland and DC.
