Job Description

Join Rigel Networks sales team to promote our newly launched communication platform specializing in Bulk SMS Programmable SMS APIs and WhatsApp messaging services. We need to cater to businesses requiring largescale SMS solutions including stock broking firms banks and other industries sending over one lakh to crores of SMS monthly.

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Executives to join our sales team. The successful candidates will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers introducing our cuttingedge communication platform and generating interest in our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Gathering: Source potential leads from the internet and leverage companyprovided data from the research team.

  • Outbound Communication: Make phone calls as the primary mode of contact with secondary channels including LinkedIn WhatsApp SMS and email.

  • Customer Engagement: Introduce our communication platform to businesses with high SMS consumption such as stock broking firms and banks.

  • Target Achievement: Aim to initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients and set up interested discussions either through calls or offline channels.

  • Appointment Setting: Schedule physical meetings in India when necessary to close deals.

  • Training: Attend a 23 day training session on our platform and services to effectively communicate with potential customers.

  • Team Support: Seek guidance from senior team members when facing challenges during calls to enhance conversation outcomes.


Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in telesales preferably in selling services or technology solutions.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with an enthusiastic and engaging phone presence.

  • Problem Solving: Ability to handle customer queries effectively and seek assistance when needed.

  • SelfMotivated: Driven to achieve targets and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using communication tools like LinkedIn WhatsApp and email for outreach and engagement.

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field. UI/UX Mastery: Strong foundation in user interface and user experience design principles, with a focus on enhancing technological experiences. Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools specially Figma. Basicos of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop). User-Centered Mindset: Ability to understand and translate end user needs into intuitive, easily useable and aesthetically pleasing designs. Programming Languages: Angular, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap themes, Javascript and jQuery. Advantage Kendo UI and MS.NET Core. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Advantage knowledge of US Healthcare Industry - EHR/ERM
