Revenue Cycle Manager

Strong revenue cycle management experience including analytical skills

Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration Finance or a related field is mandatory.

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare finance with demonstrated progression of responsibilities.

Indepth knowledge of healthcare billing practices reimbursement methodologies and regulatory requirements.

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a highperforming team

Ophthalmology experience required Retina experience preferred.

Proficiency in revenue cycle management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Remote role but must be available for inperson quarterly doctors meetings or team meetings

Must live in the Raleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill area of North Carolina or willing to relocate to that area even though the role is remote

Supervisory experience with proven success leading a revenue cycle team including billers verification specialists prior authorizations patient liaison and revenue cycle specialists most of which are remote total of about sixteen (16) revenue cycle employees

In November will convert MDI / AMD to Nextech software

Preferred: Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification is a plus.
