• Conducting a thorough analysis providing guidance and engaging in negotiations with relevant parties on contracts.
  
• Offer legal advisory services for company operations and related matters.
  
• Collaborate with government officials to ensure adherence to firm policies and compliance with legislation.
  
• Conduct internal audits to oversee the application of corporate compliance rules and procedures.
  
• Provide internal compliance training.
  
• Begin and execute actions to promote a culture of compliance.
  
• The practice of managing the structure and processes of a company to ensure accountability transparency and effective decisionmaking as well as identifying and mitigating any risks.
  
• Assistance in establishing a robust corporate governance framework
  
• Evaluate the level of adherence to regulations and identify potential hazards related to operations in order to develop appropriate strategies for mitigating such risks.
  
• Perform other duties related to legal and compliance as assigned.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree of Law
  
• At least 5year experience in doing Legal affairs
  
• Working experience in sales the manufacturing company and business activities like marketing customs supply chains etc. will be preferred.
  
• Communication planning skills.
  
• Good computer skills.
