Manager - Marketing Communications

Assist the Commercial Head in the preparation and execution of the Annual Marketing Plan

Assist management in the preparation and execution of a Strategic long-term business plan for the brand

Develop strategies and implement marketing/brand plans that deal with the development and growth of the Brand

Liaise with CRM/CSI team to identify areas of improvement and develop & execute strategies/plans in this regard.

Communicate with the advertising agency and/or Internal Design team to develop advertising plans, advertising campaigns, and all types of promotional materials and promotional campaigns as and when required.

Lead all tactical offers planning and execution working with assigned agencies and internal teams from categories and sales operations.

Develop and execute required sales tools like brochures/ flyers, POSM, etc.

Communicate with the research team to execute market research projects for better market understanding.

Work with the product team to support better order planning based on market needs.

Initiate and analyze consumer/trade research studies as and when required.

Requirements

Preferred degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in related activity with a reputed brand/company
