Job Description
- Directs and coordinates production operations within company policies and procedures.
- Establishes with the coordination of the Plant Manager the production strategies of the company.
- Ensures that the production goals are met and that production is cost effective.
- Implements the rules of hygiene and safety throughout the production areas.
- Conducts LEAN manufacturing in the plant. Coordinates with the R&D and Quality Assurance to set standards and develop new products.
- Ensures that Quality Control standards are being abided in the plant.
