An International Financial Institute with offices across many countries an award winning multiasset CFD /Forex Brokerage.

• Salary Range : RM 6000 RM 12000

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine the selection criteria for various roles.
• Candidate Sourcing: Source potential candidates through online channels such as social platforms and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn Stack Overflow GitHub).
• Interview and Selection Process: Plan and manage the interview and selection procedures including initial screening calls assessments and inperson interviews.
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Utilization: Assess and manage candidate information including resumes and contact details using the ATS.
• Job Description and Interview Design: Create job descriptions and interview questions that align with the specific requirements of each position.
• Hiring Needs Forecasting: Work with departments to forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Candidate Relationship Management: Foster longterm relationships with past applicants and potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role.
• Social Media and Network Proficiency: Familiarity with social media platforms resume databases and professional networks.
• FullCycle Recruiting: Handson experience with fullcycle recruiting utilizing various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• ATS Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for effective candidate management.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and internal teams.
