Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Computer Science or any related field. Masters degree preferred.
- 6 years of experience in HR management preferably in a technology or cloudbased company. This job requires approximately 20% travel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with HR software and systems Exceptional verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in office and business administration software.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the companys values and goals.
- Manage the employee lifecycle including recruiting onboarding training and offboarding. Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs including health insurance.
- Plan monitor and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences resolving employee grievances training managers in how to coach and discipline and counseling employees and supervisors.
- Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive and attractive benefit offerings.
- Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Facilitate professional development opportunities for employees to support career growth and advancement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HRrelated issues including performance management conflict resolution and employee relations.
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends track key metrics and make datadriven decisions.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on HRrelated metrics and initiatives.
- Oversee the performance management process including goal setting performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews and addressing performance issues.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure all HR practices are consistent with company values and culture.
