Job Summary

As a Supervisor at Central Moloney you will play a pivotal role in various departments such as Production Shipping/Receiving Quality Maintenance etc. Youll undertake a variety of functions to support transformer production ensuring operations align with production standards and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage workflow and production schedules to meet customer needs.
• Train and onboard new hires ensuring seamless integration into the team.
• Evaluate employee performance provide constructive feedback and assist in conflict resolution.
• Effectively issue instructions ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Motivate and inspire employees towards improved work performance and goal achievement.
• Guide and advise employees leveraging their strengths for professional development.
• Identify and apply career advancement opportunities for team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and procedures.
• Produce and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What you bring

• 3 Years of Team Lead/Supervisor experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Experience in manufacturing setting a plus.
• Analytical and problemsolving skills to address operational challenges.
• Good mathematical and computer skills.
• Effective communication organizational and time management skills.
• Adaptability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Performanceoriented with a focus on meeting goals.
• Dependability and consistent attendance are crucial.

Key Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
  
• Ability to work 40 hours per week OT & any shift
  
• Background check Drug & Alcohol Screening required.

Physical and Environmental Requirements

• Lifting: Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Environment: Work in a facility with loud noise extreme temperatures and environmental stressors.
• Physical Activities: Sit stand walk bend climb crouch reach and grasp as needed.
• PPE: Wear the required PPE including eye and hearing protection gloves and safety toe footwear.
• Dexterity and Vision: Manual dexterity and specific vision abilities (close distance color peripheral depth perception and focus adjustment).
• Stamina: Stand for long shifts.
• Skills: Effective communication basic math skills and teamwork.
• Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and address hazards.
