We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Chef de Partie (CDP) to manage our hot kitchen section. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in cooking hot dishes, with expertise in preparing a variety of entrees, main courses, and side dishes. You will be responsible for ensuring the preparation and presentation of hot dishes meet our high standards, while managing the hot kitchen station effectively during service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Hot Dish Preparation: Prepare and cook a range of hot dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and side dishes, according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards.
• Station Management: Manage the hot kitchen station efficiently, ensuring proper organization, cleanliness, and timely preparation of dishes.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste, ensuring that each dish meets the restaurant’s specifications.
• Menu Execution: Follow and execute the menu as designed by the Head Chef, making sure all dishes are prepared and plated according to the restaurant's standards.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with other kitchen staff, including line cooks and sous chefs, to ensure smooth operation and coordination during service.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, place orders as needed, and manage stock to prevent wastage.
