RADIO OFFICER (NFA)
Primary Purpose of Job
Coordinate with A7S / Halul Radio and other concerned parties to execute emergency contingency plan. Facilitate the movement of Helicopters and control movements of vessels operating in the offshore field including Qatar armed forces jets and helicopters. Assist and coordinate with ICT department on fault reporting, functionality check and coordination activities of IT and telecom equipment in the station.
Education
• Should be in possession of Diploma or equivalent
• Hold restricted certificate of competence in radio telephony -VHF only
Experience & Skills
• 5 years of offshore experience as Radio Officer
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
