One-on-One Partner with the GM and his/her staff to drive operating financial performance & act as champion for pricing, preparation of sales plan/monthly estimation of orders, revenue, margin and Cash.

Support the cash initiatives across the Cash / Credit / Treasury to ensure improvement of Cash Conversion Cycle(CCC) focused on collections, Past dues/BDR reduction and Days Inventory Outstanding(DIO) acceleration
Partner with NEA Cash Leader to support the management of the collections & GENPACT contractors' relationship to drive best in class quality output and ensure seamless collaboration with local finance teams.
Manage FX risks and banking infrastructure in coordination with GE Healthcare Treasury.
Validate bid risk and reward balance (e.g. terms and conditions, margin, security of payment and optimization of cash flow). Partner with functional experts in controllership, tax, legal, treasury to ensure STAT/Tax compliant deal structuring. Drive completion of Know-Your-Customer process, Revenue Recognition models, compliant Order recognition.
Driving profitable growth by providing analysis of results and reporting key metrics while advising the Northeast Africa leadership team on risks and opportunities, as well as recommending actions
Provide financial analysis and insight in support of business decision making needs, including evaluation of major risks and opportunities.
Lead cross-functional Op mechs/projects focused on improving rigor in key Finance processes, reducing costs & improving profitability, such as Pricing, Warranty Accounting, Inventory
Ensure Integrity is upheld throughout all processes, policies and practices, by ensuring appropriate communication, training and prioritization of related activities.
Actively manage distributor performance, specifically on cash, through frequent direct interaction.
Review balance sheet in collaboration with controllership to identify operational trends & potential risks.
Provide oversight and mentoring to the MCT finance team.
