Job Description
What You'll Do
- Lead reliability test execution for all Industrial & Residential Energy Batteries
- Determine Battery test solutions that optimize for product reliability and durability, DFMEA-based risk mitigations, test team resources, and program schedules
- Execute product, subsystem, and component level reliability/durability testing
- Conduct test data analysis, clearly communicate test results, and collaborate with design and reliability engineers to resolve issues detected in testing
- Design and implement next generation hardware test systems and setups to facilitate reliable design characterization and accelerated life testing
- Procure and develop required test equipment, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems to enhance creative component and product level reliability testing.
- Facilitate failure analysis to understand root cause and drive resolution for failures originating in testing
