You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs the Country Manager for Qatar, you will lead and oversee all operations within the country, with a particular focus on channel sales management. You will be responsible for driving business growth, managing the country team, and ensuring compliance with local regulations while expanding our channel partner network for PCs, components, and accessories. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals. • Lead and manage the country team, providing direction, motivation, and support. • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners. • Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the company's market reach. • Provide training, support, and guidance to channel partners to enhance their sales performance. • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. • Collaborate with regional and global teams to align country operations with overall company strategy. • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred. • Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior management role within the IT distribution industry. • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets. • Strong understanding of channel sales management principles. • Experience with PCs, components, and accessories preferred. • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in business management software and tools
