Job Description
Cardiology specialists in clinics and in private practice provide high-quality scientific care and therapeutic advice,- analyse and evaluate the available market data, e.g. by conducting market and potential analyses and identifying opportunities in the market,
- consistently implement the company strategy and develop measures (further education concepts, training concepts) to ensure the achievement of goals, taking into account the individual needs of the respective target groups/customers,
- Create account plans and use the available budget for targeted measures in close cooperation with medicine, marketing and therapy area specialists from other regions,
- Implement account strategies and plans in strict compliance with all internal and external regulations and codes,
- work closely with the First Line Sales Managers, Medical Science Liason Managers and Marketing to gain the best possible stakeholder insights and optimize marketing, sales and medical activities,
- develop and implement innovative training concepts taking into account current customer needs,
- Participate in congresses, sponsorships and events as a platform for customer care and personal training
- Demonstrate strengths
- a degree in business administration or natural sciences or as a certified pharmaceutical representative (m/f/d),
- Experience in supporting specialists in clinics and in private practice as a field representative as well as experience in specialty care areas such as cardiology
- in-depth product, market and customer knowledge,
- Experience in account management,
- strong teamwork and communication skills,
- flexible action and corresponding mobility,
- Very good MS Office skills and language skills in German and English.
