• Ensure assigned company vehicles are clean and in proper working order and ready for use at all times.
• Ensure safe and correct use of vehicles at all times.
• Report promptly if any repairs/maintenance checks required.
• Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
• Ensure all internal and external post is collected and delivered promptly.
• Undertake prompt payment of all local bills as per direction of Finance Department.
• Undertake deliveries of stock items when required ensuring a prompt and efficient service in accordance with policies and procedures including completion of any necessary paperwork.
• Provide transport for visiting suppliers and other guests as required ensuring first class presentation and friendly and efficient service at all times.
• Disseminate information through telephone, websites, mail services, and e-mail.
• Organise and maintain electronic and paper files.
• Serve beverages to management team and guests.
• Deliver facsimiles and distribute.
• Create travel vouchers and perform word processing, basic bookkeeping and filing.
• Help the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties.
• Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
