About the Company

Our client is a multinational Chinese employer which is providing network tools network services and telecommunication related needs. Our clients headquarter is based on Shenzhen Guangdong whos established in 1987. This company is starting to produce phone switches and now developed into creating the telco network providers which is not only tools but also the complex service for domestic and international coverage. Their products are reaching more than 170 countries with more than 195000 employees.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Telecom Service Sales Delivery Product Manager to lead and manage service sales initiatives within our account department or business domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving market insight business planning and sales development while ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators such as order revenue profit and market targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Insight & Business Planning:

    • Lead the service sales market insight and business planning efforts for the account department or business domain.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive service sales growth and achieve business objectives.
  2. Sales Performance & Operations:

    • Take ownership of the service sales performance focusing on order revenue profit and market share targets.
    • Manage and operate service sales projects within the account department or business domain ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
  3. Service Sales Development:

    • Drive service sales development by identifying new opportunities clarifying technical requirements and engaging in technical communication with customers.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to seek sales opportunities and support technical clarifications and communications.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    • At least three years of experience in service solution sales or deliveryrelated positions within the telecom industry.
    • Proven understanding and familiarity with service sales processes and critical business points.
  • Skills:

    • Strong experience in marketing cooperation including sales opportunity identification technical clarification and customer communication.
    • Ability to operate and manage sales projects effectively ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at various levels.
