Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Associate to join their Litigation business unit in Pittsburgh PA. This is a fulltime position with the ability to work remotely a few days per week. Candidates must have 2 years of litigation practice experience and an active Pennsylvania Bar license.
The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced highvolume environment
- Trial preparation and courtroom experience including file responsibility motion practice and deposition experience
- Experience working with ediscovery software
- Exceptional advocacy research writing and negotiation skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Detailoriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $130000 $170000 annually based upon a fulltime work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors including but not limited to employee qualifications relevant experience skill sets training internal equity and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition they offer employees the ability to participate in health insurance with optional HSA/FSA short term disability long term disability dental insurance vision care life insurance 401K vacation sick time parking/public transportation allowance and an employee assistance program.
