Hardware Engineer

• Design and maintain hardware components particularly custom electrical and mechanical enclosures.
  

• Plan and execute the complete design cycle including requirements analysis conceptual design schematic and layout development and releasing designs for manufacturing.
  

• Develop and implement test plans to ensure the functionality and reliability of hardware components.
  

• Oversee the deployment of new hardware and software ensuring smooth and efficient system functionality.
  

• Collaborate with embedded engineers to troubleshoot and test firmware ensuring seamless integration with hardware components.
  

• Demonstrated ability to conduct indepth research and apply findings to develop software solutions.
  

• Collaborate with the logistics department to identify vendors and evaluate supplier offers by analysing standards against criteria performance and pricing to achieve cost reduction and improved efficiency.
  

• Collaborate with manufacturing partners to ensure the timely delivery of systems and devices that meet specifications.
  

• Provide training to the maintenance team and supervise their work to ensure hardware products are compatible and reliable.
  

• Maintain accurate records of all devices and product components
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or a related field.
  

• Proven experience in hardware design and development including PCB design and electromechanical systems.
  

• Strong project management skills and experience working with external consultants and designers.
  

• Experience developing lowlevel debug firmware is a plus
  

• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  

• Ability to be independent
  

• Strong communication and Leadership abilities.
