Job Description
This is a remote position.
Position Overview:
As a Sports Travel Agent you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking sportsrelated travel experiences. You will work closely with our team to create custom itineraries that include attending major sports events exploring local culture and enjoying topnotch accommodations
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and interests ensuring a personalized travel experience
- Research and recommend sports events and destinations that align with clients interests
- Handle booking arrangements for flights hotels tickets and transportation
- Coordinate with local partners and suppliers to ensure a smooth travel experience for clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients before during and after their trips
- Stay updated on sports events travel trends and destination information
- Assist with administrative tasks including managing travel documents itineraries and invoices
Qualifications:
- A passion for sports and a deep knowledge of various sports and events
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using travel booking platforms
