Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in .NET and NodeJS and a strong understanding of backend systems and architecture. You will play a critical role in designing developing and maintaining the backend infrastructure that powers our digital banking platform.
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using .NET and NodeJS.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members to integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic.
- Optimize application performance ensuring high availability and responsiveness.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Write clean maintainable and efficient code.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications.
- Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our backend systems remain current and efficient.
- Participate in architectural discussions and decisions to ensure optimal solutions are implemented.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the overall growth of the development team.
