**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a skilled HR Task Administrator who is wellversed in compliance and regulation to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering HR tasks related to employee onboarding data management and other HRrelated activities. If you have expertise in compliance and regulation excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering topnotch support to employees we want to hear from you!
**Responsibilities:**
- * Manage and maintain accurate employee records files and databases
- * Ensure compliance with local labor laws regulations and company policies
- * Coordinate employee onboarding training and offboarding processes
- * Assist in the preparation of reports documents and other HRrelated materials
- * Provide exceptional support to employees through phone email and inperson interactions
- * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve HRrelated issues and concerns
Requirements
**Requirements:**
- * Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- * 2 years of experience in HR administration preferably in a compliancefocused role
- * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- * Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint
- * Experience with HR software systems (e.g. Workday BambooHR)
- * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
