Funding Officer

1. Validating and executing transactions from CRM (deposits, withdrawals, transfers).

2. Validating and executing manual transactions when required.

3. Reporting large transaction requests to Compliance and Dealing.

4. Following transaction inquiries/requests via the company’s communication channels.

5. Following up pending cases (funding related) that may reach the Backoffice.

6. Checking own shift transactions.

7. Applying Daily and Monthly Reconciliation processes.

8. Reconciliation between MT4/MT5 and payment providers/ Banks.

9. Reconciliation of automated and manual transfers.

10. Marking and reporting of different currency transactions (deposits-transfers).

11. Adding previous day withdrawals in the withdrawal sheet and updating the Bank withdrawals status.

12. Executing the Bank payments.

13, Executing online wallet payments.

14. Applying Zero Balances, according to the Company’s Policy.

15. Following up with Funding email flow.

16. Following up with any task requested by the Head of Back Office.

17. Execute Monthly Payouts (in cooperation with the Head of Backoffice).

18. Cooperate and assist other Departments in understanding client funding issues.
