You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAssist the Director of Marketing& Communications and the Corporate Director of E-Commercein developing and increasing traffic through direct and semi-directonline channels that will improve the overall revenue for theproperty and other key financial and customermetrics.
Assist the Director of Marketing& Communications and the Corporate Director of E-Commercein evaluating the performance of our branded website and givesuggestions for how to promote and improve the presence of thehotel on the web, with the aim to increase the number of bookingsand overall production while keeping the website up todate.
Assist the Director of Marketing& Communications in creating and executing online campaignsacross all online channels including and not limited to socialmedia and third party websites.
Monitor,implement and execute the active presence of the property on allsocial media tools and set-up and manage campaigns (paid /non-paid) and competitions to maximize the online exposure of theproperty.
Develop the e-newsletters and anyother online advertising mediums pertaining to the property inaddition to handling its presence on partners’ websitesand e-newsletters.
Ensure theproperty’s content (photography & descriptions) across all online channels remain accurate and brandcompliant.
Conduct regular quality assuranceaudits on the hotel’s descriptive content &images to ensure parity on all channels and integrity with brandwebsite.
Load and update content (photography& descriptions) for the property on all online channels incooperation with the Director of Marketing &Communications.
Monitor and assess theproperty’s reviews on online portals, ensure thatofficial feedback from the hotel is in place whenever necessary andmanage the ORM system and reports.
Identify andevaluate new marketing opportunities to increase direct internettraffic and drive online production. Create the quarterly
E-Commerce Action Plan outlining the activities planned to increasethe online production and awareness.
Assist inevaluating the online presence and rate position of immediatecompetitors.
