Job Description

Job Summary

BayanTech is seeking a dynamic and driven Localization Sales Specialist to
join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new
business opportunities and driving sales growth for our localization and
translation services. This role involves building and maintaining client
relationships understanding client needs and offering tailored
localization solutions.

Key Responsibilities


1. Sales and Business Development:

* Identify and target potential clients in need of localization and
translation services.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
and expand the client base.
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and
stay updated on industry trends.

2. Client Relationship Management:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing
clients.
* Understand client needs and provide tailored localization solutions
that meet their requirements.
* Conduct regular followups to ensure client satisfaction and
identify upselling opportunities.

3. Product and Service Knowledge:

* Maintain a deep understanding of our localization and translation
services.
* Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our services to
potential clients.
* Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in
localization technology.

4. Proposal and Contract Management:

* Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotations to
prospective clients.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals.
* Ensure all client agreements are documented and comply with company
policies.

5. Collaboration and Coordination:

* Work closely with the project management and production teams to
ensure successful project delivery.
* Provide clients with regular updates on project progress and address
any concerns promptly.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and
promotional materials.

Qualifications


* Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a
related field.
* Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales in the localization or
translation industry.
* Excellent English both spoken and written.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new
business.
* Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain
client relationships.
* Selfmotivated and goaloriented with a strong drive to succeed.
* Familiarity with localization tools and technologies.
* Multilingual skills are a plus.
