Role Overview:

As a Product Solutions Engineer you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between customer needs and technical capabilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design effective AIdriven solutions that align with their unique needs. Collaborating with crossfunctional teams you will ensure that our Generative AI offerings provide significant value to clients while enhancing our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for AI solutions.

Conduct discovery calls with clients to gather and analyze their software and hardware requirements.

Collaborate with sales and product development teams to strategize and create customised Generative AI solutions.

Deliver presentations and demonstrations of product capabilities to prospective clients effectively communicating complex technical concepts.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and address ongoing needs.

Test and optimise the performance of installed systems troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Act as a technical subject matter expert addressing complex inquiries from clients and internal teams.

Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and improvements acting as a liaison between the customer and the product team.

Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and methodologies to propose innovative solutions.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Generative AI to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

37 years of experience in AI engineering or a related role with a focus on Generative AI technologies.

Strong understanding of software development system architecture and design principles.

Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
