Remote (PST Time Zones)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule: Tuesday Saturday / 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

As a Sales Associate you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by managing inbound and outbound sales handling customer inquiries and ensuring a smooth followup process. Your ability to resolve complaints efficiently and manage support tickets will be essential in maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Sales: Manage customer inquiries about cleaning services providing detailed information and scheduling appointments.
  • Outbound Sales: Initiate contact with potential clients from provided lists to generate new business opportunities.
  • FollowUp: Conduct postservice followups to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints within 48 hours aiming for quick and satisfactory resolution.
  • Support Ticket Management: Monitor and respond to support tickets related to sales and customer service ensuring timely resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in English both verbal and written.
  • Salesoriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Reliable and punctual with a longterm commitment to the role.
  • Experience in highvolume calling and email management.
  • Techsavvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
  • Selfstarter with strong problemsolving abilities and independence in decisionmaking.

NicetoHaves:

  • Background in a similar sales role ideally within a serviceoriented industry.
