Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Role: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Los Angeles County CA

Hourly Rate: $67$75/hourly

Charters Choice Educational Services seeks a highly qualified and compassionate
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will
have a strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a proven track
record of providing exceptional care to children with autism and related
developmental disabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized
  treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy and behavior intervention services to children.
• Train and supervise behavior technicians (RBTs) to implement treatment
  plans.
• Collaborate with parents caregivers and school staff to ensure consistency in
  behavior support.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate client documentation.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in psychology special education or related field.
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism and
  related developmental disabilities (nice to have)
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of ABA principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
