Senior Implementation Engineer

1. Lead technical engagements with our largest and most complex users acting as the technical point of contact and trusted advisor during the development process.
   
2. Deeply understand and anticipate customer needs positioning the company s product as the premier solution to address their complex challenges.
   
3. Develop and oversee the creation of advanced technical content (including documents diagrams proofofconcept test plans etc.) to guide customers in implementing sophisticated use cases or adopting best practices.
   
4. Design write and maintain sophisticated software solutions to enhance Professional Services ability to deliver exceptional value to customers.
   
5. Rigorously test and evaluate our solutions and processes to pinpoint areas for improvement.
   
6. Continuously improve our products/processes through expert insights to technical discussions enhance our products internal tools and the overall customer experience.
   
7. Manage and optimize production IT infrastructure overseeing major changes or customizations on behalf of our customers
   
8. Collaborate closely with Product Management to evolve the platform leveraging deep insights derived from our team s extensive field experience.
   
9. Create and maintain process/technical documentation and develop comprehensive knowledge base articles aiming to increase efficiency and minimize effort.
   
10. Mentor junior engineers and team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
    
    
    

Requirements

1. MCA / BE / ME or related fields.
   
2. 10 years of productionlevel experience in Python and other programming languages.
   
3. Expertise in Unix and Windows operating systems with advanced proficiency in command line interfaces.
   
4. Proficient in using Git with a strong understanding of best practices (feature branching merges rollbacks etc.) and experience in leading collaborative development efforts.
   
5. Extensive experience with scripting languages (bash) application development (Python .NET Java JavaScript) databases PostgreSQL and analytical tools.
   
6. Handson experience with Azure infrastructure web services and operations.
   
7. Demonstrable experience in common enterprise applications (CRM HRIS ERP etc.) and their integration.
   
8. Excellent communication skills problem solving ability thinking out of the box solution oriented attitude with a proven ability to develop and articulate complex technical concepts in a clear concise manner.
