Job Description

Please Note: This is an onsite role located in Fairfax VA. Candidates must be United States citizens with a Top Secret Clearance and full scope polygraph. While we do not provide relocation assistance candidates from other locations are welcome to apply as long as they can move to the Fairfax area within two weeks of the role being offered. If you thrive in a fastpaced everevolving environment and have a deep understanding of Avaya architecture design and implementation then this role is for you!

Responsibilities:
  • Take overall responsibility for developing testing strategies and plans in collaboration with our esteemed client crossservice teams and thirdparty partners.
  • Utilize your extensive experience with Avaya architecture design implementation and testing to support the development of architecture designs for global deployments.
  • Stay at the forefront of the Avaya field by keeping up with the latest trends and technologies ensuring that our solutions are cuttingedge and innovative.


Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience working with Avaya CM implementation and servicerelated work showcasing your comprehensive knowledge of Avayas product portfolio.
  • Strong technical expertise and experience with Communication Manager Session and System Manager and Session Initiation Protocol.
  • Direct customer interaction and support experience demonstrating your ability to provide topnotch service to clients.
  • Familiarity and experience with Avayas Contact Center portfolio further enhancing your capabilities in this field.



Benefits

COMPENSATION
The pay range for this opportunity is from $110200 to $148800 performancerelated bonus benefits

This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate s qualifications skills and competencies.
