Sr Accountant

• Oversee all financial operations including budgeting forecasting financial analysis and reporting.
  
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company s growth and profitability goals.
  
• Manage cash flow ensuring adequate liquidity to meet operational needs.
  
• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
  
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends variances and opportunities for improvement.
  
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  
• Develop and monitor key financial metrics to assess the company s performance.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and decisionmaking processes.
  
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial procedures.
  
• Manage relationships with banks investors and other financial stakeholders.
  
• Ensure timely settlement with partners according to their settlement cycle dates maintaining strong relationships and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
  
• Proven experience in financial planning analysis and reporting.
  
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office especially Excel.
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  
• Experience in the fintech or technology sector is preferred.
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage partner settlements and bank accounts efficiently.
