Requirements

Completed studies preferably with a focus on marketing or a comparable qualification

Ideally several years of professional experience in performancebased online marketing

Ideally knowledge of HubSpot or another CRM tool

Experience in funnel marketing and data analysis

Handson mentality and the ability to work in a qualityconscious manner even in challenging situations

Enjoy teamwork and shaping the personal development market with us

German language skills at least at C1 level


Tasks & Responsibilities

Ownership: Developing the digital marketing strategy for our personal development products always with the aim of promoting our events. Finally in the ticketing area you will ensure that Tony Robbins and other top speakers appear in a soldout location.

Targetorientation: Responsible for the development planning and implementation of integral lead campaigns along the customer journey.

Teamwork: Close collaboration with content social design and ads team interface between sales and product team.

Holistic thinking: Building individual customer journeys optimising conversion funnels adapting landing pages continuously developing the email marketing strategy
