We are currently on the lookout for a Channel Account Manager!
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Lead efforts to increase sales revenue by developing and implementing strategies for acquiring new customers increasing annual recurring revenue (ARR) through crosssells upsells and renewals.
- Strategic Business Planning: Create and manage joint annual business plans updated quarterly to guide growth initiatives across all entities. Support local Channel Account Managers (CAMs) in executing these plans with tailored strategies.
- Data Analysis: Review and analyze trends in sales performance identifying the causes of unexpected variances and highlighting areas for improvement.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new opportunities while ensuring high levels of recurring renewal business to meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
- CrossDepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders across AdobeGTM sales operations marketing and moreto ensure alignment on priorities and provide an exceptional partner experience.
- Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners at all levels including Clevel executives to influence decisionmaking and drive Adobes channel business forward.
- Product Support: Engage product specialists to support sales conversations as needed by the reseller network.
What Youll Need to Succeed:
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of driving business through others and collaborating across multiple teams.
- Strong strategic business planning skills with the ability to hold yourself and others accountable.
- Ability to thrive in a crossfunctional environment demonstrating a growth mindset focused on continuous learning and development.
- Experience engaging with senior executives (VP Clevel) and excellent networking skills.
- Exceptional communication presentation and negotiation abilities both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills capable of maintaining productivity in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
- Fluency in English is required with Polish language skills preferred.
