The Role:


  • Manage the daily operations of Ooredoo Kuwait retail stores and franchise stores PHONO owned by PHONO (Class A & B & C) with objectives of achieving sales targets and meeting the quality standards

Key Accountibilities:


  • Manage the day to day activities of the retail/franchise store

  • Sell full portfolio of Ooredoo and its subsidiaries products and services as per Ooredoo and Its subsidiaries Processes and guidelines

  • Manage the revenue and nonrevenue generating transactions individually and on shop level which include Sales Retention services and Quality of operations for Ooredoo Kuwait and its subsidiaries

  • Assign individual targets and KPIs among sales agents

  • Act as a first escalation level for angry customers and unusual cases

  • Follow the guidelines of handling store inventory cash management and all related paperwork

  • Manage the stock ordering process to ensure adequate number of products devices and accessories maintaining timely replenishment of exhausted stock as directed.

  • Manage the plans and execution of product launches special offers and announcements among shop employees

  • Ensure the shop assists are in a good condition and up to the guidelines while escalating any issues within the SLA which includes Que system selfservice kiosks and Digital screensetc.

  • Full responsibility of Instore branding is at the required standards including collaterals digital screens and demo devices

  • Forward customer feedback information on issues and concerns about procedures and products to the Manager to help improve service standards.

  • Carry out daily reconciliations of sales transactions and despatch to Finance

  • Arrange with the subcontract company for the daily cash collections ensuring receipts are obtained to confirm handover.

  • Ensure that all associated paperwork such as contracts transactions correspondence is accurate and scan documents as per the process.

  • Act as focal point between Ooredoo/PHONO employees with the HR Business partner with all employee related issues

  • Arrange chairing regular team meetings to keep staff informed of developments initiatives and forthcoming promotions

  • Train and coach the branch staff so they provide a high level of service to customers and help to achieve sales targets and objectives

  • Step in to assist more junior Retail staff to deal with difficult customer enquiries and issues when required.Proactively take responsibility for selfimprovement by staying wellinformed of developments knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.

  • Other duties as directed by superiors in which ease the branch operations and assist other branches when its needed

Qualifications:


  • Bachelors Degree in a business or a related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution.

Other Information:


  • Required 3 years of experience based on progression ladder in a retail sales environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentational abilities.

  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.

  • Fluency in written and verbal English and Arabic.

  • Ability to operate in a diverse multicultural multinational work environment exhibiting appropriate sensitivities.

  • MS Office
