Production Site Manager MF

A leading company based in Lausanne is looking for a Production Site Manager to join the Commissioning team.

Key Responsibilities:

In your role you will be responsible for conducting annual reviews motivating the team and ensuring that company values are upheld while driving continuous improvement through LEAN Management. You will need to align the workforce and capacity with the demands of the operation. Additionally you will oversee budget procedures and closely monitor performance metrics. Ensuring the quality of products is paramount and you will implement both preventive and corrective actions as needed.

Effective communication is crucial; you will foster an open communication environment organize information sessions and promote a culture of feedback. Strategically you will support both the operational and strategic management of the unit while acting as the key interface with various stakeholders. Continuous improvement will be a focus as you will lead improvement projects and encourage innovation. Finally you will ensure compliance with EHS regulations and take corrective measures when necessary to maintain a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.

Profile:

• ES/HES degree or CFC with additional qualifications.
• At least 5 years of management experience in the industrial sector
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and ISO 9001/14001 standards.
• Proficient in Office Suite and SAP fluent in English and French.
