Job Description

Your role

We are looking for you as a Sales Manager for our office in Berlin or in your home office. In your role as Sales Manager for our mobility platform mobilet you play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships and driving sales growth through crossselling and upselling.

  • You build and maintain strong longterm relationships with our partners. You understand their business needs and goals to ensure our mobility solutions meet their goals.
  • You use your sales skills to identify new business opportunities with our partners and strategically resell our offers. You will work proactively with our partners to understand evolving needs and find tailored solutions to meet these requirements.
  • You manage the entire sales process from the first contact to contract negotiation and closing. You will work with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for our partners.
  • You act as the primary contact person for our partners advocate for their needs internally and ensure a high level of satisfaction. You will address concerns or issues promptly to maintain a positive relationship with our partners.
  • You use data and analytics to track engagement with our partners monitor platform usage and identify opportunities for improvement. You will provide regular reports and insights to our partners and internal stakeholders.

Your profile

  • Completed bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field.
  • 35 years of sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals and upselling.
  • Experience in the IT sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with our partners and internal teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to care for multiple partners at the same time.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and proficient in using Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with our partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Passion for innovation and a keen interest in the evolving mobility solutions landscape.
