Technical Lead - Product Enterprise Console mfx

Einleitung

As an Engineering Manager (m/f/x) for the Product Enterprise Console you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers who are building and maintaining a game server orchestration platform that powers some of the most popular online games. You will work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define the roadmap and architecture of the platform. You will also mentor coach and grow your team members and foster a culture of collaboration innovation and excellence.

Your mission

You manage the engineering team and ensure the delivery of highquality scalable and reliable solutions.
You define and implement the technical strategy architecture and best practices for the game server orchestration platform.
You collaborate with product managers and other engineering teams to align on the product vision roadmap and priorities.
You provide technical guidance feedback and code reviews to your team members.
You hire onboard mentor and develop engineers and help them grow their skills and careers.
You foster a culture of innovation collaboration and customer focus.
You contribute to and leverage open source software and communities.

Your profile

You have a bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
You have at least 5 years of experience in software engineering with 2 years of experience in leading engineering teams.
You have strong knowledge and experience in go and k8s and familiarity with cloudnative technologies and practices.
You have experience in designing developing and maintaining distributed systems microservices and APIs.
You have experience in game server orchestration game development or related domains is preferred but not required.
You have excellent communication collaboration and problemsolving skills.
You have experience in game development and building products for developers preferred.
