Position Overview: The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls addressing customer inquiries and providing outstanding service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a customercentric attitude and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Address customer inquiries resolve issues and provide product/service information.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge company policies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.
  • A positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
