Back Line Cook

• A culinary degree holder or any related certification in a related field.
• Preferably with previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role or onthejob training experience.
• Must have basic knowledge of cooking techniques food preparation methods and kitchen equipment.
• Must have familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Must be flexible to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays as per the demands of the restaurant.
• Must be passionate about food have a willingness to learn and have a positive attitude towards performing this role.
• Must be amenable to work in Makati or Taguig.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to standardized recipes and specifications.
• Ensures that all dishes are prepared efficiently and meet quality standards.
• Prepares ingredients operates kitchen equipment cooks on various stations (such as grill sauté or fry) plating dishes and maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Follows food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborates with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and assists in inventory management.
