A culinary degree holder or any related certification in a related field.
Preferably with previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role or onthejob training experience.
Must have basic knowledge of cooking techniques food preparation methods and kitchen equipment.
Must have familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Must be flexible to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays as per the demands of the restaurant.
Must be passionate about food have a willingness to learn and have a positive attitude towards performing this role.
Must be amenable to work in Makati or Taguig.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to standardized recipes and specifications.
Ensures that all dishes are prepared efficiently and meet quality standards.
Prepares ingredients operates kitchen equipment cooks on various stations (such as grill sauté or fry) plating dishes and maintains a clean and organized work area.
Follows food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Collaborates with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and assists in inventory management.
