About the Client
Our client is a wellrespected developer based in Downtown Vancouver who specializes in multifamily projects including condos and townhomes.
About the Role:
The Senior Sales Administrator manages onsite and offsite contract work flows and contract administration to ensure legal document accuracy. This position also provides customer service and communicates with lawyers during project completion.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Handle contractrelated project inquiries by email and phone.
2. Audit incoming contract deals including followup and communication with Developers to provide reports and inventory counts.
3. Create courtesy & closing letters and distribute by mail and email.
4. Follow up with Lawyer Homeowners and Developers to gather closing info and documents.
5. Document & flag problematic units coordinate between Developer & Lawyers.
6. Assist Conveyancer with communication between Lawyers & Brokers.
7. Handle home warranty & building property management inquiries.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Fully aware of the real estate market as it pertains to each of our sites and provide ideas to improve sales
- Fully understand and familiar with REDMA in regards to creating Disclosures and Contracts of Purchase and Sale in conjunction with our lawyers
- Fully familiar with Assignments and MLS documents
- Ability to help with the in house teams to create floor plans and feature sheets
- Would prefer if they are proficient with Spark and Docusign
- A real estate license would be an asset
- Familiar with and able to build a pricing module for either a highrise or lowrise and keep it updated as necessary
- Ability to build market study/competition binders for all our sites
- Ensure the sales admin team is on track with new community launches and closing requirements for all sites and ensure they are kept up todate with weekly meetings
- Proficient with writing legal and business letters to respond to complaints and purchaser emails.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
1 years in real estate
2 years customer service experience
2 to 3 years office work experience
Work experience as a sales coordinator
