Procurement Officer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize purchasing processes.
  
• Identify and evaluate suppliers negotiate contracts and maintain supplier relationships.
  
• Monitor market trends and assess local and international supply availability.
  
• Manage the procurement of raw materials and supplies necessary for production.
  
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast material requirements and plan purchases.
  
• Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare reports for management.
  
• Conduct regular assessments of supplier performance and quality control.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of procurement experience preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  
• Strong knowledge of import/export processes and local market dynamics.
  
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  
• Imports and exports experience familiar with customs law.
  
• Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
