Solution Architect

• Analyze the current technologies utilized within the company to devise strategies and roadmaps for enhancing crosscountry digital architectures.
  
• Identify technical deficiencies and recommend suitable solutions based on standardized technologies and relevant technology life cycles.
  
• Persuade business owners and stakeholders on appropriate designs considering technical intricacies risks resources scope and deadlines.
  
• Serve as a technical liaison and advocate to foster business relationships with all stakeholders facilitating product presentations and evaluations.
  
• Ensure adherence to architectural compliance company practices and best practices to propose timely actions to mitigate risks and security concerns.
  
• Provide detailed specifications tailored for various stakeholders to ensure alignment on a unified approach.
  
• Offer support to development teams by addressing technical obstacles and advising team members solution delivery managers and product owners on adhering to best practices and appropriate architectural designs.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience and at least 3 years in Solution Architecture.
  
• Developing and delivering resilient solutions using enterprise integration patterns for complex largescale business systems over multiple years.
  
• Strong background in system resilience analytics monitoring and notifications.
  
• Handson experience with Cloud platforms with AWS being highly advantageous.
  
• Proficient in various largescale data stores and messaging systems.
  
• Experience in Fintech or Digital banking is a positive.
  
• Practical familiarity with Java and the Spring Framework is a plus.
  

• Strong comprehension of application development across diverse geographical locations.
  
• Proficient in technical documentation through diagrams and visual aids.
  
• Effective technical leadership and communication abilities.
  
• Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal English.
