Ground Control are looking to recruit a Sales Ledger Assistant to join a fast paced and exciting team with a focus on invoices and selfbilling processes. This is a critical role to make sure that our budgets are balanced and will offer excellent opportunities for career progression in a fastgrowing team.
This role is perfect for someone who is looking to start their career in finance within a growing organisation.
You will be responsible for:
- Daytoday raising of invoices and credit notes
- Producing various payment applications
- Submitting invoices
- Managing the team inbox and answering phone queries
- Weekly reporting on billing progress
- Maintaining accurate information is critical to this role and the success of the team
Who are we looking for
You will have:
- Impeccable attention to detail to make sure that all invoices and bills are processed accurately
- Strong administration skills particularly Excel skills
- A focus on hitting targets and helping the team to make sure all year end deadlines are hit
- An interest in finance and a willingness to learn
- Experience on Microsoft Dynamics would be useful but is not essential
