About the role
The Lead Architect will collaborate closely with our PreSales and Delivery teams to engage with international clients. This role offers the chance to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders and to play a key part in an innovative industry whether by participating in offer definition presales support and project delivery.
As a part of your job you will:
Role in Presales and Offer:
- Analyze the market needs and address them with the technology trends.
- Review functional and nonfunctional requirements compliance.
- Work with technical teams to help them identify the best way to address each solution component.
- Present and defend proposed solutions during the bid process with the relevant stakeholders.
- Lead PoC initiatives.
- Interact with software vendors and partners to evaluate technology and functional fit towards the value streams strategy and reference architecture.
Role in Project: - Technical oversight of projects and compliance with reference architecture.
- Produce solution blueprint architecture roadmap and solution design documents.
- Work closely with our customers to understand the needs constraints and jointly define the way forward towards the solution.
- Support the teams producing highlevel functional and lowlevel design documents.
- Design and maintain reference architecture for B2B2X offers.
- Provide architecture leadership in B2B2X offer development and go to market.
- Guarantee the adoption of architecture and standards methodology.
- Review business context for solutions as well as define the vision and requirements recommend potential options select the most optimal option and the development of a roadmap for the selected solution.
- Active contribution leading or supporting presales or innovation activities e.g. RFIs RFPs or prototype development.
- Understand the current systems blueprint and advise on transition architectures to meet the solution requirements and client strategy and goals.
- Provide supervision and guidance to architecture and development teams.
- Describe the structure characteristics behavior and other aspects of the architecture to various stakeholders.
RESPONSABILITIES
What are we looking for
- Proven work experience as a Solution Architect or similar role (minimum 5 years).
- Strong knowledge of Telco Business and IT Architecture.
- Knowledge of B2B solutions and use cases.
- Knowledge of industry standards (e.g. TM Forum).
- Strong experience in Digital or BSS Transformation projects.
- Knowledge of Omnichannel solution and concepts.
- Good understanding of API Management and Enterprise Service Bus solutions and their role and responsibility in a typical enterprise architecture.
- Knowledge of Data Architecture concepts.
- Experience designing Microservices and Event driven architectures.
- Knowledge of Cloud Platforms like AWS Azure & GCP is preferred.
- Knowledge of containerization concepts and technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong capacity to produce documentation using adequate tools and standards like BPMN or UML.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Bachelors degree in information technology or computer science is preferred
- Ability to adapt to different contexts teams and clients and willingness to collaborate with other players.
- Teamwork skills but also a sense of autonomy promoting and working on selforganized teams.
- Motivation for international projects and availability to travel.
- Ability to explain complex architectural concepts to different stakeholders.
- Strong conceptual analytical problemsolving decision making gap analysis troubleshooting and resolution skills.

- Ability to perform tradeoff analysis prioritization and conflict management applying negotiation skills.
