We are seeking a lead for developing various features of the invoice payment platform launched at the end of 2023.
This platform is a product that allows businesses to integrate an invoice card payment function into their own services creating a seamless payment experience for B2B transactions. In addition to core features like card payments/billing 3DS authentication and automated company screenings we plan to develop new capabilities such as digitizing invoices using image recognition technology.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development efforts to enhance the quality of existing products and expand new features specifically:
- Architecture design through implementation for feature improvements and new feature development in this platform
- Defining the scope and conducting feasibility checks for resolving technical challenges within the product
- Identifying and promoting quality improvements and productivityenhancing initiatives
- Depending on your experience and preferences you may also participate in client requirements definition and project planning.
About the Team: The engineering team currently operates through shared members from other teams so you will be the first dedicated lead engineer driving product development.

Employment system: Fulltime

Annual Salary: 7.5M 10.4M JPY
Based on experience ability and previous work experience
- Salary adjustments: Twice a year
- Bonuses: Twice a year (April and October)
- Overtime allowances for exceeding regular working hours are provided (subject to position/grade).
- Wage structure: Monthly salary

Hours: 9:30 18:30 (60 minutes of break time)
- Depending on the position/grade it will fall under flextime specialist discretionary labor system or management and supervisory discretionary labor system.
- The abovementioned hours are the standard and employee determinations may vary.
- Overtime work beyond regular hours is expected.
- The flextime system does not have a core time.
