Job Description: Customer Care Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone email and chat
- Assist customers with train bookings cancellations and other related services.
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while addressing customer concerns
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English Language.
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions
- Basic computer knowledge
