Develop and implement a comprehensive safety program tailored to the specific project.
• Establish safety policies and procedures that comply with company standards.
• Conduct safety orientation and training for all project personnel, including workers, contractors, and visitors.
• Continuously assess the project site for potential safety hazards and risks.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify safety deficiencies.
• Investigate all incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine their causes.
• Ensure the availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety signs.
• Organize regular safety meetings with project stakeholders.
• Ensure that all contractors and subcontractors working on the project adhere to safety protocols and standards.
• Review/prepare project safety plan in coordination with project stakeholders.
