Job Description
Customer Engagement:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Address customer queries and concerns effectively to build trust and rapport.
Data Collection:
- Accurately collect and record customer information including contact details preferences and feedback.
- Utilize CRM systems to maintain and update customer data.
- Analyse collected data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Sales Conversion:
- Identify potential sales opportunities and convert leads into sales through persuasive communication and negotiation.
- Follow up with prospects and leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Reporting and Feedback:
- Prepare regular reports on telemarketing activities customer interactions and sales performance.
- Provide feedback on customer responses and suggest improvements to telemarketing strategies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field.
Skills:
- language: Gujarati and Hindi
- Proven ability to engage with customers and effectively communicate product or service value.
- Strong data collection and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and telemarketing tools.
Education:
- Graduate and above.
- Relevant certifications or coursework in sales or marketing is a plus.
Language: Marathi and Hindi Proven ability to engage with customers and effectively communicate product or service value. Strong data collection and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and telemarketing tools.
